The Asparagus Bread is a delicious dish which could be used for brunch, lunch or an appetizer if cut in smaller pieces. And if asparagus isn’t in season you could use broccoli, chives or dried tomatoes. You could also leave the ham out if you were serving a vegetarian dish. There were 16 of us and with a donation of 10 dollars each we were able to enjoy a gourmet meal and share our efforts with the Beach Interfaith lunch program. We just might have to do this again.
